All classes are at our studio: Unit 4, Holbeck Works, 21 Marshall Street, Leeds LS11 9EH. Groups are small — 6 people at most — and everything is hands-on. Coffee, milk (dairy and oat) and pastries are included.
Pour-over Masterclass — £55, 2 hours
V60, Kalita and Chemex side by side: grind size, ratio, pouring technique, and tasting the difference. Great first class.
Home Espresso Foundations — £85, 3 hours
Dialling in, distribution and tamping, reading a shot, cleaning and descaling. Bring photos of your machine if you have one; we have six machines to practise on.
Latte Art Basics — £70, 2.5 hours
Steaming silky milk and pouring a heart, a tulip and a rosetta. You need to be comfortable pulling a shot already (or take Home Espresso Foundations first).
